Inversion Fitness offers the ultimate workout in a safe and secure studio, centrally located in Milnerton. Our studio boasts a spacious layout with higher than average powder coated poles.

Pole Fitness is a complete and effective full body workout; focusing on improving muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, posture as well as upper body and core strength. A perfect combination of resistance training and cardio. Our Aerial Playground offers a little twist to add a bit of variety to your weekly training schedule.

Our instructors are here to help you achieve all your fitness goals. Whether you merely want to learn to pole dance, slim down and shape up or become competition ready, we are here to assist and support you every step of the way. From beginner to advanced classes, each of our dedicated instructors bring their own unique style to class. Our goal is to ensure you get the most out of every class.

Started pole dance classes August 2012 after buying a Groupon Voucher for 20 classes. Before the 20 classes were up, I was a self-confessed pole junkie. Took part in the Student showcases hosted by various local studios in 2013 (2 solo and 1 mixed duet performances), 2014 (duet performance) and 2015 (solo & group performances). Started teaching beginner classes February 2015. Completed and passed internationally recognized certification for Beginner Level and Intermediate Level Instructor Training with The Pole Studio in July 2015. Passionate about everything pole and aerial related and endeavour to complete any and all instructor training courses available.
 

What We Do

Our pole and aerial fitness classes are strategically designed in such a manner as to ensure that you gain strength and avoid injury. Each of our 90 minute classes are structured to achieve the best results. We begin with a 30 minute warm up consisting of mobilization, a quick pulse raiser, followed by class specific stretching and conditioning. We then go on to a 50 minute pole or aerial repertoire. Closing off with a proper cool down and stretching. This is to achieve the ultimate workout with maximum results.

What It Costs

Our prices are competitive and affordable. We offer a standard one month fee structure based on the number of classes you wish to attend per week. The most popular is 2 classes a week. Our contracts are based on the standard monthly fee with discounts offered depending on the length of contract taken.
